That is a totally unnatural postion for him to be in. Our arms and legs work in counterbalance to each other. If he knew that he was going to put his right finger close to an object on the ground, the natural thing for him to do would have been to put his left leg forward with his foot on the ground and his body twisted more to the right. His right foot shouldn't be in the picture at all and I don't think we would be able to see his pistol. It is as though he wanted a guarnteed full shot of his foot and his gun in the picture for some reason and worked out how to do it from several different vantage points well in advance. How many times prior to the 12th of June 1994 had he been there? And I do mean the 12th, not the 13th. This isn't the kind of thing you can work out on the spot and it would be extremely difficult to do without a partner to stand in for him while he looked through the viewfinder. To get the shot of him the Rhokar did, Fuhrman had to know what he would look like from behind the camera. He had to know long before he stepped in front of it. As you pointed out, these kinds of pictures usually aren't taken at all. However, there were only a few spots from which any photographer could have taken pictures of that area, so it didn't matter who the photographer was on the 13th if he had all of the shooting spots zeroed in earlier. ---Jasper
