Let try again by asking you a few questions.
1. What if Mommy's best friend voice was that of Ron Goldman's, how does that affect the DA's case?
2. What if Ron Goldman was in fact Nicole's lover, how does that affect the DA's case?
3. What if Mommy's best friend's voice was that of another male, which is not OJ Simpson's or Ron Goldman's case?
4. What is the major difference between Sydney hearing mommy's best friend voice (no matter who it is) over the phone or that person being in the condo?
5. What side, the DA's or the defense's case would be nearly destroyed if mommy's best friend voice was that of Faye Resnick's, either in person or over the phone?
6. Which side has the most to gain to by adding confusion and making sure this issue could not be any more vague then it already it is?
To put it simply, the defense has everything to gain by the exact words used by Sydney Simpson that night and the DA's had everything to lose if they used Sydney's exact words.
