What you say us true, the defense could have used it in a very positive way. However, the media had made it impossible to get Sydney onto the witness stand to find out what she heard. If O.J. Simpson jumped the hurdle of the guardianship of the kids, the media had made it appear that it would be child abuse to make Sydney Testify. I thought, if she could clear her Father, it was child abuse to keep her off the stand. The answers to all those questions are obvious. Anything I might say is merely opinion and not worth my time. My point is we have not heard from Sydney yet. However others think, for me, Sydney is the most reliable witness about this incident. What she says, if she ever says it, is most likley the entire truth. One thing Someone inside the house as opposed to the call. If Nicole is crying and she is inside the house with someone other than the kids. Then whomever she is with could be the killer, or one of the killers. What Sydney heard just could have been Nicole's first reaction to the realization that someone she trusted enough to come into her house. This would produce some sobbing that would not allow for Nicole to get the kids and take them to a safe place, because her crying was part of the struggle to get her outside. As well I have just about decided the candles and the bath were setup after the murders, your idea if you recall. I think there is a reason they tried to keep the inside of the condo out of the case.
