Jasper I suppose you noticed the Dr. Golden stuff.
THIS is why I have always maintained the reason he did not testify in the trial itself was not any errors he did or did not make or his "problem" with waving the gun and threatening people. It is WHAT he SAID in the prelim hearing about 2 knives (possibly 2 killers) and the part about Ron could have been killed later than Nicole. Also that HIS time of death was slightly later than that of Dr. L (G's averaged 11 rather than the closer to the 10:15 time of the DA's).
THIS is why he didn't testify. Under more extensive cross-exam he could easily have given even more info that would have been Not to the DA's advantage.
And then there is the 10:17 time in the article as told by the reporter. And don't think the DA's didn't hear about it. Even if she didn't tell them personally, hundreds if not thousands of people would have informed them (via email,phone, etc) that this young woman was making this claim. charlie
