I base my confidence in reading and re-reading the testimony and doing the research that I have on this issue.
I know you watched the trial very closely, so did I but that means very little unless you also read the testimony. The many sidebars often explain where a lawyer was going and Judge Ito asked a lot of questions, like the one in Feb when he asked was a shoe analysis done on the bloody footprints, Clark said yes, and that she would be introducing them to the court in about two weeks time.
As you know, that was never done by Clark and when the Bod-man took the stand, he said that he didn't use them because they were inaccurate, etc.
Isn't that sidebar proof that Clark discovered that there was something with the shoeprints in blood, either the stride didn't match OJ's or that it was obvious that someone was trying to line up the shoeprints with the blood drops that were already there?
