How many of you have read OJ's depo? All of it? It was posted several places but it was hard to get the full thing on line on the Internet.
I read one Short version and am still reading the long version.
In the Short version I found one reference to NOT being taken to Parker Center for the interview. When I stared reading the Long version, I found another. In Both cases, it was OJ"s lawyers who corrected the plaintiff's lawyers when in a question they started by saying "When you were taken to Parker Center" by saying HE WAS NOT TAKEN TO PARKER CENTER.
In neither place in the depo do they state where this location is. It remains secret and unknown. OJ answers questions about which direction, how far and how long it took. (I have researched and found that the local police station, the FBI, and the DEA fit the circumstances and timing).
In the second mention that I found, it is stated that the interview and perhaps the prints and blood were taken there and NOT Parker Center.
Hey Guys!! Every cop testified (and many others including the nurse) that this is where the interview took place. Perjury? Remember OJ did not testify in the criminal trial and I don't believe he was asked any questions like this in the civil trial by either side. Why wouldn't the plaintiffs? Because Vannatter, Lange and others testified to it. False statements under oath. Misrepresentation of the facts.
The plaintiffs lawyers do not "question the validity" of these statements by the defense lawyers. It becomes like a stipulation.
Also, CNN, Bobby K, Skip Taft, Cathy Randa and others state that OJ arrived a little after 11. I have a tape of the CNN news story saying this.
Yet, the cops all testified (remember none of these people testified) that OJ arrived a little after 12 and left by 12:40 to go to Parker Center.
If OJ arrived a little after 11, and truly did leave at 12:40, that means he was at Rockingham for over an hour--not the 10 or 15 minutes that the detectives claimed he was.
You may also recall that there is a video of Vannatter at Bundy at 11:45. This would be at the time that OJ was at his home being handcuffed and whatever.
This is a false representation of the facts by the detectives. The world believes that Vannatter got there a little before 12 and OJ arrived at a little after 12.
When in fact, OJ had been there for an hour before Vannatter got there. More perjury?
Also Taft, Randa and others state emphatically that the Bronco was NOT parked at that location when they arrived. Taft says he parked his white truck like vehicle in that spot. If you have ever paid attention to the ENTIRE video of OJ leaving Rockingham with Vannatter, you will see Taft go over and open the passenger door of his own vehicle that IS PARKED WHERE THE BRONCO SHOULD BE. That is why you don't see the entire video anymore. It stops when they reach Vannatter's car.
I told Chris Springer this for years and he blew it off until someone sent him the video and he saw it for himself. He went ballistic.
It is no mistake as some claim that they came out the Ashford gate. Wrong! I watched it over and over again and they all walk down beside Arnelle's car and the Bentley --walking over where the blood drops should be but NO cards are in the driveway.
Which brings me to another point. Fung allegedly took the samples of the blood in the morn before he left for Bundy. Right? And the photos were taken at that time to document where his samples were. Right?
When OJ leaves the cards are gone. Yet at 5:30 when Fung is getting ready to leave for the day, he is recorded for history picking up the cards in the driveway that should not have been there at that time.
What value were the cards in the afternoon after everybody and their brother walked over the blood drops (I could 10 in the video of OJ leaving alone) and Howard Weitzman's wife had been allowed to drive through and leave off HW and drive on thru and out the Rockingham Gate (American Tragedy).
Was it not stated that Taft and Weitzman drove downtown in Weitzman's car? And that Taft's vehicle was left there?
Don't recall seeing Taft's vehicle still parked there in the 5:30 video?
Also in Vannatter and Lange's book in a note he states that Fung collected the socks between 12 and 3. If this is true it goes against all testimony given that Fung went to Bundy around 10 and did not return to Rockingham until after 3. Fung testified that he did not go back and forth between the crime scenes all day.
People there MUST be video out there to document this one way or the other. The press was filming everything that moved at those two sites that day. THIS is why I am so convinced that the media took an ACTIVE part in a coverup story.
Where is the reporter or cameraman who knows whether of not Taft's car is parked there? When OJ arrived? If Fung did or did not return to Rockingham throughout the day? Whether Clark was there before the search warrant as I strongly suspect she was.
I keep recalling Clark stating empathically to Ito that she did NOT go there and be met by MF, talk privately with him on the patio and move inside when a tv helicopter got too close from above ALL THE WHILE CNN WAS SHOWING VIDEO PROOF THAT THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED THAT DAY.
Of course, when they had a break not one news person said to the audience any comment whatsoever that Clark had lied and that they could prove it.
How many other things got documented on video by the media and were held in secret and not commented on when they could prove that the cops, crime lab, tow truck driver, DA's, et al were lying threw their teeth. charlie
