I belong to the Electric Library and that is where I got this story from. I remember Darden talking about this on Oprah but I didn't have a name to use.
Maybe someone in CA can research the case.
Oh, the reason the DA's settled with Joe Britton is because if they didn't, Mark Fuhrman's personnel records were going to be opened to Britton's lawyers, if that happened, then they would be opened for Simpson lawyers.
I have been reading about Judge Ito's ruling on the Fuhrman issue and his rulings are very carefully worded, etc.
