No, I never noticed that. I would think the DA's and the media would be working hard to get that out of the 10 year timeframe Judge Ito gave the defense.
However, talk about being subtle, ever pick up in Ron Phillips' testimony that he was shown Fuhrman's notes or what were supposed to be Fuhrman notes but it wasn't Fuhrman handwriting? He said it didn't like Fuhrman's handwriting?
