Kate,

What a crock.

Det. Tom Lange asked Denise Brown--one of the people I say in Iago was a conspirator in her sister's murder--to ask Sydney all of the questions we know Lange should have asked her himself. He did so because "the family," for whom Denise was the spokesperson, said that it would be too upsetting for him to ask the questions.

The Browns (Denise?) would not allow the defense or the prosecution (huh?) to question Nicole. And because Lange wanted to respct the wishes of the family, as expressed by Denise, no to talk to Sydney, Lange asked Mark Fuhrman's best friend Ron Phillips to talk to the officer who made the report. Phillps made no report because he said there was nothing to report. The defense entered Joan Vasquez's report (which we didn't get to read) into evidence. And that was that. Did I miss anything, or is that pretty much what happened to this vital piece of information?

...Excuse me, I think I'm going to puke.--Jasper
