I was wrong about the time Fuhrman went back to work. I knew he was on paid leave for two years and that he started his campaign in 1981, but he didn't begin his leave until 1982. Therefore, he didn't come back to work until '84. I'm going to be searching for the exact date as see how it correlates with key dates in the story of Dominick, Dominique, Sweeney and Katz.
The date of Fuhrman's reassignment doesn't rule out the possibilty that Fuhrman's "chance" meeting with Laura Hart had something to do with his research on the Dominique Dunne case before he went back on the job. There must be a way of narrowing this down from the availabie infomation. I'm going to work on it. --Jasper
