Thank you much for putting me in contact with Donald Freed. I'm glad to know that he didn't brush me off but I don't know why I didn't get my letters back. I will write him again as soon as I e-mail you. My private e-mail address is [email protected]. I have another e-mail address that you should be able to get to from the site. I hate going into my e-mail because it caused bad things to happen to my Word Program. I have to reboot my computer and start over. I don't read my e-mail private every day and I'd rather not correspond that way if I can help it. Answering two or three e-mails can eat up most of my day if the content demands an answer I can't dash off. I write VERY slowly. My idea of dashing off a letter is writing one in less than an hour.
I didn't know that the e-mail link on the site was broken - but I'm not surprised. The reason we were shut down or locked up for so long was because the old UNIX platform we were put on (without my knowledge or consent) did not support the program we use to interact with the site. Links were breaking all over the place. The archives where disappearing and discussing group posts were going to parts unknown. We were able to stay afloat for as long as we did only because my right-hand man Keith Jerome is a genius and because we worked our butts off. It's going to take awhile to make everything work the way it should. Please hang in there.
In my e-mail to you I will include the passages from Joe Bosco's book that I was talking about. You can find the relevant testimony in the transcripts under the cross-examination of tanner and the direct examination of Robert Heidstra. I have seen Heidstra interviewed on at least three different programs and he tells the same story every time. The precise sequence of events is as important as the precise time the first dog started to bark. It tell you that the man who said "Hey! Hey! Hey!" could not have been Ron Goldman, which tells you that the two men arguing had to be the active killer and his lookout. The glasses were too important to the frame-up to have been carried to Bundy at the "right" time and place and left there by chance.
The baseball bat incident: I am saying that Fuhrman inserted himself into it and that it happened in 1984. He had no reason to be there and no excuse. He would have been in big trouble if anyone had known about before the '89 incident. That was the fist time anyone other than the participants heard about it. In his January 18, 1989 report to the city attorney he said that it happened in '85. There is no record that it happened in '85. We have only Fuhrman's word for that.
William Wasz: YES! Lets talk about William Wasz. I haven't gotten the PW magazine but I will. I have big doubts about his connection to Kardashian but little doubt that there is evidence to say there is (remember O.J.'s DNA "on the murder scene). Need to know more before I can make up my mind.
The opposite side of Bundy and Rockingham: I mean the opposite side of the street. The question is, why didn't anyone see anything on Bundy or Rockingham from across the street? I need to know the line of site from the house across the street from Nicole's condo and whatever there is to know about what was across the street from O.J.'s estate. Was there a house? Was there a wooded area? A park? A fence? A wall of rocks?
