I want to know more about this Mark Fuhrman look alike too. I know about Madame Alex and that Heidi stole a book of addresses or something from her and started up her own business.
I know that Alex had a working relationship with the LAPD as it appears did Heidi from things I have read about that time she was in business. Few realize that she went from a No-body to a muli-million dollar business from July of 92 to July of 93 when she was arrested. In that time, she managed to get into the "position" to hold parties (like a birthday party for Mick Jagger) in which the top people in the entertainment business in the WORLD were there--like Rod Stewart. You don't just call up people like Rod Stewart and Mick Jagger out of the phone book.
Heidi's girls have stated that they each had an LAPD cop assigned to them as an "escort'. I have often wondered if this was not the real source of the term "Nicole's cop".
In their book, they say that the cops were there undercover and were actually "investigating" and "spying" on the folks at the events. An info gathering operation. Perhaps the LA Secret Police? Because nobody (but Heidi) in the end got arrested.
And she got arrested according to a fall editon of US magazine that year because she started openly complaining about the LAPD connection and that some of the cops were shaking her down for blackmail money.
Her father has publicly stated that Heidi was promised a "protected operation". He and Heid have told of the top political associations (like the Prez of the US).
Because of these reason and more I have wondered if the whole Heidi operation wasn't a LAPD sanctioned (and perhaps even the FEDS) as a sting or info gathering operation.
And Kari and Jean are correct. What was in the tabloids in the fall of 93 (esp Oct.) was the Heidi case and whether or not her Little Black Book would be evidence in the case. It was not. It was ruled by LANCE ITO to not be used in the case. They got around it by having Charlie Sheen (Kato's buddy) testify in the trial.
