Just reviewed Kar. deposition. I don't see him as a murderer. Doesn't fit his character. He could have had some on the fringe business dealings with OJ. He almost seems nieve. I have heard that he was very rich and inherited it. He did not even have an office, worked from home. I get the feeling that he piddled and lived off his inheritence. His relationship with OJ goes way back but he said he might do something with OJ for several days a week and then not see him for 6 months. Actually AC said the same. Neither played golf and this is who OJ hung out with. He lived 10 minutes away from Rockingham. He said he didn't know where Nicole lived. Roger King called OJ's house 6 or 7 times and talked to Cathy. And Cathy relayed the conversations to the room. He keep saying to get Shipero. King told Shipero that he would pay him. The next morning Taft and Kar. with OJ's permission called him. Shipero asked Kar. to be on the team after talking to Taft and OJ. Since it was Paula's car Wasz took she may have been involved. It may have been her all the time, just to get something on Nicole to make her look bad to OJ. when he wrecked the car, had to explain that it was stolen or explain what she was doing. Think the Kar. part is made up. Its kinda like if OJ proved not guilty have a patsy lined up. Shipero told him to read the note on TV.
