I realize this, but I have a feeling that something would have come forth had he not gone to jail when he did. In fact, things did happen that should have stopped the entire prosecution just with the Wasz information when he told Luper that it wasn't O.J. Simpson and if he did speak he'd get a shiv in the neck.
