The bad news is my power is still out. I'm doing this from my desk in Dearborn.
The good news is THE BOOKS ARE IN. I've placed my order for the packaging, which should arrive in a day or two. By then, the online bookstore should be open. We can accept credit card orders by phone or fax right now. Please speak and spell your name and address clearly.
