Jasper,

You said to start thinking of our questions for Bosco.

Well, I was thinking that perhaps some areas of inquiry (or a beginning) would be good so that we don't go off in a thousand different directions and then at the end be sorry we failed to ask certain questions.

Here are a few Areas that I have already thought of that Bosco would have a special knowledge about.

1) the status of Fuhrman's alibi since he was the one to expose the bogus alibi to start with--or questions about the alibi

2) Fuhman's personal and professional background--Bosco has told publicly that he knew "all of Fuhrman" within a week of being in LA and the other reporters should have and probably did as well.

3) Dr. Lee's testimony -both trials--since he highlighted this in his book and is a personal friend of Dr. Lee's.

4) Clark and Darden's personal and professional background--that we have heard rumors about all along.

5) Did HE know about Marvin Glass and the Goldman background at the time or was it a surprise to him as well?

6)The strange and bizarre (which he has mentioned himself) role of the media in the case--before, during and after---that seems to have cooperatively hid information known to them.

7)Along with the media role the "agenda" of the press--which he has experienced by this latest story being pulled at the last minute.

8)Did he see any unusual involvement in a local murder case by the DEA, CIA, FBI, etc.?

9)Has he ever seen another case where the phone records of the victim are so "sealed" to the court and to the public? And to the defendant?

10) Has he noticed the Continued and Improved LIES of Furhman, the Browns and others? Or better yet--the LIES of Fuhrman, the other cops, the Browns, Petro Man and others that continue til today and are even Expanded on?

11) The strange political ties that the prosecution (Garcetti, Guess Jeans, the Petro Man law firm, the Goldman's and others) have with top DNC donors and influencial people?

12) The lies and vague answers and unusal comments made by Kim and Fred Goldman in their depos. For instance, the Goldman's refusal to say in depo what items of personal property from the crime scene belonging to Ron were returned to them. Which, btw, effectively killed any inquiry about Ron's watch and about the ownership of the ring found under Ron that was allegedly his.

13) The strange press conference of Fred Goldman where he displayed a ankh necklace and claimed it had been returned to him---and that the killer jerked it from Ron's neck and threw it on the ground??? We heard of no such necklace in the trial and certainly it being jerked from Ron's neck and thrown down.

14) The distortions on the diagrams about the area of the crime and the front of the condo. The deliberate misconceptions about the front door(s) and specifically Riske telling that what he could "see" standing at the call box (which was 4 feet back from the bottom of the first step) and his view blocked by walls, foliage and more. These are all I can think of at the moment. Feel free to add to this list.

I do and have always felt that those things NOT reported are as important as those that were--maybe even more so.

These are meant to be general areas of inquiry but I wrote them specifically so you could get an idea of where I meant questions could go and what areas we coud pursue.

I don't believe questioning or arguing specifics about the time line, or what we think happened is going to cut any ice with Bosco. I truly don't. Getting Facts from him about things not reported in the media or telling him areas of lies and distortions in and around the trial and the players may. 13)
