This time I played it and listened to it.
Clark has him ID photos by the glassed in living room as if that is what he saw. Bailey comes back and asks him if he saw ANY that night other than the ones he saw 50 ft back.He says no. Bailey then says that those that Clark showed you then are not what you saw. He says no.

They at no time attempted to show him photos taken 50 ft back or anywhere else for that matter.
Also it is not as much he refuses to say where he found the prints on the diagram--he can't. Bailey uses a "real" diagram of the condo and he can't locate squat on it. Perhaps he has only been shown the "cartoon' like ones the Da's used.
I know that Diagrams don't travel well in cyberspace but I will attempt to show you what the diagram showed. Remember now this entire 160-170(170 according to Bailey) condo on a piece of paper the size of a piece of notebook paper and the drawing isn't small.
