I knew a diagram wouldn't travel well in cyberspace.
The X for Ron should be below the O for Nic.
Basically coming in the front you have dog prints, walkway, steps, Nic, steps, front door (practically sitting on the top step once again which brings to mind the Other Front Door again--which one Was opened), the footprints starting by the open front door and that door is almost on top of the top of the steps(the prints) and then another set of steps.
This is weird gang.
Also Rossi follows Riske into the crime scene at some point. Since he says he never saw ANY other shoeprints other than the ones he saw 50 feet back (which no attempt was made to show him any other photo but the one by the living room we all have seen ad nasuem) makes you wonder about shoeprints on the steps and those that Riske "said" he could SEE from the call box (4 feet out from the bottom step). Riske says he could SEE shoeprints up the walkway to the front door. REally? From the call box?
What about these famous shoeprints on the steps that I have never heard of anybody ever seeing?
What about Rossi? He didn't see them either. In fact, he see a LONE pair of prints 50 ft back with none in front of them and none in back of them. He checked with his flashlight about 10 feet further on.
Bailey asked him an important question: He said did it look to him as if someone was just walking along and laid down a set of bloody prints without any before or after. He said no and looked the fool.
And people actually Wonder why there was an acquittal?
Jasper, I know you have Fuhrman walking around in those shoes but I don't think and have never thought anybody had them on. I just think a pr of BM's were used to put down prints like a stamp and stamp pad. And they didn't do a very good job of it either.
Think about it. Did anybody ever SEE these so called prints that led from the body up the steps and all the way back to the driveway. Or did you just HEAR about them and see the one set by the glassed living room door? I never saw them. charlie
