It begins in Matheson's testimony where he reads the computer pages and it comes out on the fourteenth of June He <matheson> badges in at 6:03 A.M. then Fung takes the stand and testifies that when he badged in at 6:33 A.M. of that day there is Matheson, Lange and Yamauchi standing around the swatches in test tubes drying. Then Dr. Lee testifies about the blood imprints inside the Bindles showing some swatches which had been drying all night were wet. 1, 2, 3. Your out. Means, opportunity, motive is all that is not there until later when we find out that Michelle Kessler acting head of SID is married to Vannatters Ex Partner who is also his best friend and the Kessler's and Vannatters are together all the time. Matheson was Assistant to Michelle Kessler.
