It was on cross or recross. Or perhaps the Preliminary Hearing. I am almost certain it was during the trial. It is so easy to get the information in the Preliminary Hearing and the trial confused because so little from one went into the other. This is why it is so weird. The first reports in the media had the murders having happened between eleven and midnight and then after it came out O.J.'s plane left at eleven forty five, and he had an alibi from eleven. Then the reports made everything earlier.
