Jasper, I can't disagree with this. However, the defense's drawings (some of which were to scale--the one shown to Rossi was) looked more like building plans than ANY of those used by the prosecution.
I noticed in the defense drawing shown to Rossi, they had no open door at the top of the steps like a good many of the diagrams did for most of the trial by the DA's.
Rossi claimed he could not find his location on their "schematic' not that he couldn't on the diagram the DA's.
I think that many of the cops had no idea how to put themselves on a real drawing of the condo because they never saw the stuff in the first place. Only testified that they did. charlie
