Rosa did say she heard the voices and footstepts. she was probably the most honest person in the trial, confused in language yes, but they also translated her wrong. This was some kind of translater the court used and liked. This tells me that they were very afraid of her testimony. It also tells me that they had probably used this method of wrong translation to their advantage in other cases. Maybe even the jury was chosen to be sure there were no spanish speaking people on it. they called her a lier about her flight and then when told it was a mistranlation did not change, explain or appologize for it. How many have they railroaded in the same way? Arnelle was out with friends, not a date, she drove her own car. She did not bring anyone back as she was alone when the cops got there. I do think Kato was forced to lie, but he is the last person, that I would pick as a murderer.If he had any time at all that he did not have a phone aliby, he would have had the same problems as OJ with too little time, etc.
