Jasper, According to my notes (which I assume I took from Bailey's comments in the hearing asking where Tom Lang's audio tape and drawing was) is that the bodyguard was a Hispanic or Asian --Lang couldn't completely tell. That he was smaller than the man in the SUV. (this was 10 pm so not being able to completely tell from a block away might be understandable) I under the general description was "foreign" in looks. JUst taking "logic" where it leads you would let you know it was obviously not a white man or black man but a man of darker skin (perhaps even tanned looking) and with straight black hair. That is probably an over generalization but there it is. Straight black hair would be the "common factor" between a Hispanic and Asian person.
But, believe me, after seeing that Ron in the headband photo, I have wondered it the person wasn't a tanned Ron. However, with his friend saying she was on the phone with him close to 10:20 though, I have pretty much discounted that theory.
Believe in what was said in the book or not---Singular was told that there was a LOT of coming and going that night at the condo--more people than we know of.
And I can believe that. We learned near the END of the trial that the child Rachael and her father were around the condo---yet the DA's were perfectly willing to HIDE that in the trial.
The father would have been a perfect "demeanor' witness of Nicole. Scared? Anxious? Calm? Whatever? at 9:30.
And Clark herself, recently, said that there was a "lot of calling back and forth that night" in an aside on the Geraldo show when she was trying to cover for the phone records. If there was a LOT of calling BACK and FORTH that implies between the Same people (like Nic and Judy, etc.) not a bunch of different individuals calling or Nicole calling different individuals.
And for what it is worth, I have always been under the impression the 10 o'clock visitor was white. Don't ask me why but I have been.
Also, Marcus had a black Jag or something like that as his vehicle in LA (at his condo on Montana?) and rode all day in AC's white Bronco so I don't know that we can say that HE had a white SUV in LA when he no longer lived there anymore.
Has Anyone ever heard how he got to the airport? I haven't. It wasn't AC since AC said he and Marcus split company around 6 pm and didn't see each other again.
If he drove his own car, he would have had to leave it indefinitely at the airport which I don't think he would do.
Did he go by limo as well? Or did someone drive him? charlie
