Rosa is one of the few witnesses that are to be believed. She was too scared of the LAPD to lie. Also the prosecution was scared of her testimoney and tried ever which way but up to not have it and then to destroy and make her seem a lier. So I would call her story right. Some confusion about time but bassically correct. Her story also fits common sense. Now Kato may have not heard what she heard because sounds travel in strange ways.She also had an open window, and Kato did not. Also he seemed to be on the phone or asleep.
I find that it is much easier to read this board by clicking on search and putting in date.
