What if Furhman told Rosa that the police would be contacting her because he "assumed" she was illegal and all they could find was a messed up unemployment form, so he figured it was better to have a private detective go on Geraldo and just make it plain. This might explain why they did it that way. The Bundy witnesses could have been handled quite easily. I find it interesting neither side asked these neighbors of Nicole if they knew her or what they had observed of her lifestyle. It was also strange how it was about what they heard more than what they saw. I wonder what happened to woman from across the street. We only have Marcia's word that she saw nothing. Or was in the back of the house.
