John,
It occurred to me that you might not choose to go back to the original source for the second time Rosa took the dog out so I found it for you. Note the phrase, "BACK ouside."
A WELL, BY THEN, IT WAS 10:00 AND I HAD TO TAKE THE DOG BACK OUTSIDE.
Q IS THIS THE GOLDEN RETRIEVER THAT YOU'VE DESCRIBED FOR US?
A YES, SIR.
Q AND CAN YOU DESCRIBE FOR THE COURT AGAIN WHERE YOU TOOK THE DOG ON THIS OCCASION?
A I TOOK HER IN FRONT OF ROCKINGHAM.
Q WERE YOU -- WAS THERE A GATE ON THE SALINGER'S PROPERTY IN FRONT OF ROCKINGHAM?
A NO.
Q AND CAN YOU DESCRIBE FOR US WHERE YOU TOOK THE DOG ON THIS OCCASION? AND IF YOU WANT TO REFER TO THE MONITOR, YOU CAN SHOW US ON THAT.
A I WOULD HAVE TO STAND, YOUR HONOR, BECAUSE --
THE COURT: SURE.
MR. COCHRAN: I'LL TAKE THIS DOWN, YOUR HONOR, AND WE'LL REFER TO 1045, IF THE COURT PLEASES.
Q BY MR. COCHRAN: CAN YOU POINT OUT FOR THE COURT --
A RIGHT HERE. THERE'S A BIG TREE RIGHT HERE AND HERE, AND OVER HERE. THE DOG WALKED ALL OVER THIS AREA (INDICATING).
THE COURT: INDICATING THE FRONT LAWN AREA OF THAT RESIDENCE.
MR. COCHRAN: OF 1045 SOUTH --
THE COURT: YES.
You also said, "As for the gender of the voices, consider that when RL testified about the voices at 9:30 (OJ and Kaelin coming back from the McDonalds), she COULD recognize OJ's voice. When asked about the voices at 12:30, she said she could not -- but neither did she say specifically that it was NOT OJ's voice…"
Take another look. If you insist on reading it that way you can. But it looked to me as though she hadn't completed her thought. This is what she said before about hearing O.J.'s voice. There was never any question about O.J.'s voice. What she did not know was what he said.
Q AND DO YOU KNOW WHEN THAT WAS, APPROXIMATELY WHEN THAT WAS, MA'AM?
A ABOUT 11:00 P.M., I HEARD THE VOICE AND I COULDN'T DISTINGUISH WHAT MR. SIMPSON WAS SAYING. BUT I HEARD THE VOICE, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE SAID.
See what I mean? --Jasper
