John,

Feel free to think what you will about my descriptions. I am in the process of attempting to photograph these photos with a 35 mm adjustable camera. I don't guarantee success because I am no expert and it is difficult to get good photos off the tv without special equipment.

I took notes about those prints I saw on my videos and have attempted to photograph them.

I assure you I saw a heel print where I said I saw it. That is why I was asking how DEEP were the steps. Was it even possible to step in a size 12 shoe in that manner on that sized step.

I can't tell you why they are that way. Only that they are and to a layman they are more than passingly strange.

I can also assure you that I was Surprised by how they looked since it was so different from what I believed they looked like from descriptions from the trial by other people and they few shots that they had shown on tv. (the same ones over and over again).

I did look and noticed that Bodizak has a print on the step but Fuhrman fails to put one there.

I know in the Fung testimony, he puts one or more on the steps.

I have said before that I am open to theories about this case except one and that is : This WAS a Show trial with both the prosecution and defense cooperating.

Why or how those prints got there, I can't say. I do know that they are not like any prints that should have been there and possiblly could have been there "naturally".

I have since gone to Wagner's site (before you suggested it) and found that depending on the camera angle, the steps look different sizes. The most common impression you get from the photos, however, are that they are not deep.

If Jasper can find a way to do it, we will post the photos--if they come out anyway good at all. And we will be asking for people to submit other pix. I am also working to see if someone can come up with a Snappy so the photos can be taken directly from the video. I do not hesitate for others to see what I have seen.

I plan to rewatch the video with the heel print again tonight. It was very late last night when I saw it. And I always like to go back a bit later and relook at something to doublecheck myself.

Those of you who know me, know that I post corrections of anything that I get wrong.

And by the way, I have asked twice--the last time directed To Junot--just how did Fuhrman put the door in the wrong place in his diagram? I am truly curious. That is the place that it is placed in other diagrams.
