I'm going to let this pass and accept it, even though Jean doesn't mention the date of the deposition, which means I'd have to read through all of them to find this info (or not. Hoever, note that, if true, this would mean the difference between the Salinger property and the top of the fence was six to seven feet, which would immensely complicate the task of getting over the fence in either direction.

TH HELL THERE IS!. If there had been, this would have been one of the most notorious pieces of evidence introduced in the criminal trial. Jean has made this "video" up out of thin air; nothing even remotely close to such a thing has ever existed. I have, however, read a report -- I believe in Ptrocelli, but can not be sure -- of a photo of a gap in some foliage made and photographed by LAPD detectives for the purposes of comparison with the foliage on the south fence.

When the limo came, the only safe way out would be over a fense. He would not be able to open the gates or go thru the tennis courts, or limo driver might see him...."
I can't believe that someone who has been in this group for as long as Jean has could be as ignorant of the layout of the Rockingham grounds and first floor as Jean obviously is.
For one thing, just about the worst possible place to keep track of anyone in the main house would have been in the garage or maid's room (assuming Jean mean the room Gigi was using at the time.) Neither place has any sufaces where you could so much as drill a spy hole to see people in most of the first floor.
The only part of the grounds that Alan Park could see clearly at the time was the front entrance and walk directly in front of the front door, and a small segment of the front lit by the limo's headlights. (see wagnerandson.com for exact details fo what Park could see clearly.) All the rest of the front of the grounds was in pitch dark, from the front of the south path to the Rockingham gate.
Even if this purported spy was in the garage or maid's room, he/she would have had no reason to leave that hiding place, because no one could have seen him there, and he could have just waited for all the possible witnesses to leave the area.
Without Superman's x-ray vision, there is no way park could have seen anyone leave by way of the tennis court, for the whole damn Rockingham house was between where the limo was and the tennnis courts -- as was the south path. Both gates were also on the south path, as was that spot behind Kaelin's wall where Jean's spy made his purported jump. The limo driver would have been totally irrelevant to anyone in the locations and times under consideration.

This still leaves the question about why someone would plant the Rockingham glove where it was found. That particular spot has "trap" written all over it. It is also not a logical place for a fugitive killer to return by.
Besides, the dog-blocking task would have been accomplished by just closing the SECOND gate. Why bother closing the first gate, the one broken off its hinges and requiring manhandling?
