I agree. But don't dismiss their voices as evidence.
I also think that you are right about the dog. That would explain why the two gates leading to the glove were closed. Remember, Rosa heard the dog barking around the time she heard the men's voices. The dog had to be a concern. It makes you wonder again where the man were standing when Rosa heard them. Wish I could see the cart Cochran was pointing to when he questioned her about the barking and the voices. --Jasper
