Jean, This is very very good.
If anyone read about a month ago or saw LKL last night know that the indictment and evidence against the couple in Tampa over the disappearance of their baby, Sabrina, was completely thrown out.
A reporter on the show from Tampa said that in 30 years of court reporting he had NEVER seen a court completely throw out an indictment and ALL the evidence presented by the DA's and the cops. Never! And he had never seen where the court spoke of lying, fabricating, disregard of the law, etc. BY the cops and the DA's as in this case.
It seems they lied to get a wire tap on the phone. They fabricated what was on the wire taps (played in court showed that they were too static filled to even hear most of it). They provided transcripts of conversations to the Grand Jury that were not even on the tapes. Took other parts where were audible and misrepresented them. The judges said the cops and DA's showed a PATTERN of lying and fabricating to get this indictment.
When people can't seem to wrap their minds around the fact that a case can be a frame or a fabrication---they should look at this.
Nancy Grace (Disgraceful), that cop from the Ramsey case who is so ignorant, and Mark Klaus (who is one spooky dude to me) were all on there calling these people murderers and taking up for the cops (poor pitiful beleagued cops just trying to do their jobs).
It was pointed out (it was left to him to do so because King did not) by the reporter that it was NOT the couple accusing the cops of lying or accusing the DA's of fabricating evidence but the JUDGES were doing so.
Grace implied that they were GUILTY because they wanted their lawyers with them when interviewed by the cops since they were the targets from day one. Isn't this the same woman who was run out of office in Atlanta for her OWN misrepresenting of evidence?
With the investigations in Illinois and other places that are finding better than 300 cases where their was actual criminal misconduct in convictions by cops and DA's (yet NONE have been or will be charged) in cases (some of them capital cases), how can people still resist the idea that this Happens. And much more frequently than is good for people or good for our country or good for the rule of law. charlie PS Am I the only one who finds Mark Klaus creepy?
