MOdbee.com is reporting that the new OJS appeal was written by OJS and Dr. Johnson. It says the other lawyers told OJ that the appeals ruling was so "slickly worded" as to be non overturnable.
Says OJS said he did not have the money to go to another set of lawyers (than Leonard) to make the appeal.
