Nancy Grace prosecuted this man sometime between 1990 and 1995. It was one of her last cases. It was a house fire and the wife could not get out of the house. I know that the case was overturned shortly after Cochran And Grace went on the air, the first six months. Suddenly she just disappeared and within a few weeks it became Cochran and Company. The daughter testified for the father. You had no angry victims demanding justice, just Nancy Grace who wanted another conviction, no mercy. This must all be public knowledge. Of course this case used to be on Court TV website as her perfect record however I really doubt they have it any longer.
