I have been searching Georgia Supreme Court Rulings that have been published by the Court. In one an attorney has been suspended because she is Bi-Polar, not because her condition caused her to commit misconduct. Just because she was Bi-Polar, yet, the reversal of the man's case they overturned for killing his wife because he could not get her out of a fire. Apparently they only suspended DISGRACE'S license for a year or less, as she is about to become ELIGIBLE to become a judge with a higher diploma. She used her suspension time to become more of a force in the World of Injustice. The Georgia Supreme court didn't even have the BALLS to publish her major mess up but have no problem disbarring a bankruptcy lawyer with some kind of drinking problem because he allowed cases to time out, the cause is usually drinking or drugs when stuff like that happens, I use to know a Union Steward who allowed her grievances to time out all the time and it was because of drinking, drugs, or men. :):) I figure it is the same with attorney's. The Precident set with not overturning O.J.'s case on appeal is so horrible and the people of California will not know until some poor innocent gets caught up in the middle of it. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE REST OF YOU, but I want to leave this Country and go somewhere where Freedom still rings, truth and justice is more important than convictions. I have been doing some geneology<I may be repeating myself here> and the way people believed and lived knowing that RIGHT was on their side and as time progressed and the railroad took over the Government during the great movement Westward, land was stolen with almost no compensation to the landholder was the beginning when people like all of us here realized that our Country was slowly becoming about "WHO HAS THE MONEY" This is a really scary time when the people who don't need the money get it and those who do need the money don't get it. Those who speak out loudly enough to the right people have all their weaknesses exposed. SIC. As if those in power have no weaknesses. I bet O.J. Simpson is so shocked right now that those he trusted have turned on him. I'd be afraid about fighting that case in Florida because they will put him away for fifteen years plus one. Think of the joy in the Country when their sweet racist hearts are satisfied.
