I couldn't get the other link to work so I am posting this. Hope no one minds.
It says the Judge allowed the misconduct so it is his fault basically, when it was on the news, it was all about it being reversed because of Nancy Graces illegal acts mentioned in the article. How can a prosecutor commit a illegal act during a trial and this not be reversable error nor punisable for the prosecutor as well as the Judge who allowed it? If a dog is not good reliable enough in 1993 why was it good enough in 1994 even if it was a different state.
