They blamed the judge for allowing her illegal activities instead of making her take responsiblity for her illegal misconduct. It is worse than I imagined. When I heard of the overturning originally I felt she was toast, then she was coming back a few years later and I am thinking to myself, how can this happen, then I read this and just screamed. They are supposed to go to jail<Prosecutors> for the amount of time the accused would have gotten for illegal misconduct in a trial.
