Pleas contact www.cnbc.com (re:Rivera Live) concerning the appearance of Nancy Grace on the same show with the couple from Tampa whose indictment was just overturned by judges due to prosecutorial and cop misconduct with fabricated evidence.
EVen Geraldo asked her specifically about what she thought about what the DA did (with the tapes and phoney transcript) and she skirted the issue by implying that the jury had the transcript and the tapes and they must have heard it.
(I learned tonight that the local DA found NO evidence to indict the couple but the Fed DA stepped in and in a move to improve his career and get a name for himself--got this phoney indictment.)
I went to www.cnbc.com and clicked on Feedback and then clicked on CNBC TV feedback and wrote a very hot complaint about her appearance as a FIRED prosecutor for Illegalities and Misconduct in the Weldon Wayne Carr case overturn on March 10, 1997 in which she is named by judges as committing illegalities and inappropriate actions.
Until these networds hear from the viewers and hear LOUDLY about her (and others) they will continue to be placed before the public as some icon of prosecutors when in fact she is a disgrace.
