Yeah Charlie.

I not only saw the program with Robert, but I taped it as well. Actually, Rivera's cop-out on the JFK case was even worse than that. He said that he was "a young naive reporter at the time of the two programs he did on the JFK case." What a liar! He had been around for some years. In the first place, those two shows in which he played the Zapruder film and then had an analysis by Robert, really put him on the map as an investigative reporter. And the fact that he would set Robert up is proof of just how obsessed he is with the "Simpson is guilty" point of view.

By the way, do you remember when he demanded that Robert point to the proof that the 32 Flammer photographs were faked. Robert said that was unfair as he had never been given the opportunity to examine the Flammer set--just the one picture taken by Scull. Rivera replied that he would do everything in his power to get Robert a set of Flammer photographs and then have him back on to state his findings.

I have known Robert for many years so I called him and told him how unfairly I thought he had been treated at the trial and on the Rivera show. I also asked him if Rivera had ever gotten him a set of Flammer photographs---he said no!

Did you know that sometime between the end of the Criminal trial and the beginning of the Civil trial that Fuhrman had been a house guest in Rivera's home--and I mean stayed overnight in his home??

As for Gates, my sister was responsible for overturning the famous "Police Spying" scandle in the early 80's (the police were keeping files on average citizens political beliefs-a story which was covered on a Phil Donahue show with my sister Linda and council woman Joy Picus) and the SOB still stayed in office! A truly dangerous man--as he seems to people who don't know any better like he is a level headed soft spoken gentleman--when he is really part of the neo-fascist rule that began with Parker in the early 50's.

And you mentioned Steve Johnson---is he an idiot or what? If he had another brain, he'd make it to Half-Wit!

Regards,

Pat
