I don't know what David is going to state. I know he has worked with Bosco, Freed, Wasz, Longo and others closely associated with OJ including OJ himself (by phone).
We may or may not agree on what David says is the solving of the crime. But it does garner discussion for us to learn what ELSE was going on in and around OJ's and Nicole's life at that time.
As far as your theory, John, there is nothing to say that Kato couldn't have been an agent of Kardashian's.
Also, it was only allowed that OJ had reason to kill Nicole. Any other possibility --that she had enemies or that OJ did were quickly ridiculed.
I think it helps to point out other possibilities to those who think that no one else would have had reason to want Ron or Nicole or both dead and OJ on trial.
Unfortunately for the folks involved but a bonus to us, is how many cases are coming out that the cops and DA's (even Fed ones like in the Sabrina missing child case) will actually fabricate evidence for a grand jury (and/or trial like Nancy Grace), lie, hide evidence, and committ illegalities.
When you think about it, during the 95 trial this wasn't as well known as it is now. Many cases (a bunch in Illinios) have been exposed in the public.
I can't wait to hear what is told tomorrow. charlie
