John, I didn't hear it but Diane kept me posted over the Instant Messenger.
She got home at 5:40 so she missed most of Mario. He talked wildly like Dick said he would. He thinks the limo company has some involvement.
What I heard, I mostly knew before because David told me over a year ago but I wasn't to say.
OJ and Kardashian were involved with sport gambling etc and Nicole was going to tell. She was threatening to tell because her money from OJ was cut way back (and the IRS stuff). She also owed a bunch of money that they were hitting OJ up for. Threatening to kill her if he didn't pay. He didn't believe them until something they told him that night made a believer out of him. He went over and found her dead, went inside the house and got all the evidence of gambling and drugs out of the house and left.
David believes that 2 Russian or ARmenian hit men were brought in (Kardashian is big time connected) and they did the kill. Seems when they first went there, she wasn't there and they had to come back and it got all screwed up with Goldman. So it wasn't the straight hit.
He says that the whole trial was a show trial to keep the involvement of big time people and Mafia involvement OUT of the trial. Bringing in the gambling, etc. would have lead to other disclosures. OJ's good rep in the sports would be wrecked as well as expose a big time college and pro gambling syndicate.
Bresnahan says he has heard this same story from various people (including OJ himself).
He says one of the 2 killers is dead. They went right back to Russia on a return flight. ONe got killed in an unrelated case back there.
Says the FBI was well aware of this and even had an investigation going (gambling, drugs, Wasz, and more)...remember the gambling grand jury where AC and others testified the same week as AC's grand jury? Says it has shut down now--Mafia able to exert pressure.
When you think about it, it makes sense. All the faked incompetency, the FBI testifying falsely and slanting the evidence and screwing up the edta tests, etc.
SAys there was mob involvement with LAPD and the DA's office.
Vannatter, Lange, Clark, Darden, Fuhrman (etc.) all got paid off when you think about it. (my speculation)
Think about the blacked out cell phone calls the cops made all night long.
Think about the EMT who declared them dead not being able to testify.
Think about the diagrams of the scene from LAPD and FBI being incorrectly drawn of the condo. The confusion over where the front door was.
The fingerprint ID'd (from the criminal files of the police) but the expert never tells out loud (for the transcripts) whose it is.
OJ was to be blamed but not convicted. And the real killers weren't supposed to be found. It would lead to too many questions. charlie
