Let me explain this the other way around. For whatever reason, Kato was meeting someone behind his guesthouse. This does not make him bad, it means he was doing a drug deal. I don't believe he went passed the first broken gate. He either did a drug deal or else he was meeting with a friend of Nicole's because they were setting up the "incident" to get the money. For whatever reason Kato just HAPPENED to be behind the guest house. Nicole allowed herself to be manipulated into helping in her own murder by convincing her to create an incident and the 93 incident was a put up job as she knew publishing anything in the Enquirer was going to drive O.J. crazy. Furhman is a hitman for the CIA or other intelligence community in this Country. I believe when the CIA first got the Mob to help them kill people it must have occured to them why pay a middleman and took over the mob. Our clue to some of this is that Officer Riske replied to a question about a rubber duck in the water by saying, "We were looking for bodies" Then the second clue is the water staid in the tub for at least two hours and then it suddenly leaked out before 2:30, suddenly the word is out, no one took notes. The White Supremists basically handle the drug trade even in Los Angelas. Mostly at the top levels. So this connects the White Supremists with the CIA, I mean the Mob. Furhman could have committed the crimes all by himself. Furhman probably got inside with Nicole for the purpose of getting the hit. This is a common sense reason for a hitman cop to be around the victim. Then the threat to those who knew of a relationship don't say a word. A number of scenarios can fit what I believe and what you believe about this case if you have people working independantly of each other. Kato could have just been sent there by the CIA to watch him for some reason. There were rumors of the CIA having video of the murders and it isn't O.J. Also just after the murders and before the funeral it was reported by local television news that Ron Goldman had Left the Resturant before Nicole did, then suddenly it changed by morning paper. He had taken glasses to Nicole's and Nicole had left long before he got off work. Many things changed from the very first twelve hours of reporting, and most of the major changes never made it to print. Some did, but a lot is just my word and I know in an investigation that is not evidnence. The reason I remember this was because when the glasses scenario came out I was perplexed at how he knew to come back and get the glasses? This made it stick in my mind. It didn't fit. There was then a major push to make everyone focus on Ron doing this errand after having a conference with the manager and owner. I think that even changed. The proof of O.J.'s innocence comes from the time frame. Lack of blood stains on his body. That telltale blood pink stain that is unmistakable. The proof of O.J. Simpson's innocence is common sense. Had he been White Nicole may still be dead but O.J. wouldn't have ever been put on trial because of time. It is like that old puzzle. You go to a kitchen and there is a cool stove no items other than the raw ingrediants for a cake, you leave the kitchen and five minutes later return. There is a cake frosted and ready to eat, no one has come in that you have seen, the raw ingrediants are gone. Everything says you baked the cake, but there just wasn't time, it had to be planted. That is the only real evidence they have that we can count on. Other than exculpatory information. As to who hired Mark Furhman. Common Sense says he couldn't have hired the killer as some of the planting began with the real killers on the scene. When it comes to the time issue I find it difficult to understand why anyone would bend physics just to make their theory work. Marcia Clark did such a good job those racists just lapped it up. O.J. Simpson's demeanor according to Kato and Parks makes it clear he was not in any preoccupied distress, he was doing his normal running around like a chicken with his head cut off last minute rush. Why didn't the regular Limo Driver testify to this? It would have gone a long way to explain a few things. His being overheated. Someone else working alone or part of the plan or just for made sure his normal driver was unavailable for a reason and his not testifying does not make the dream team look bad, how do we know they were able to find him or if he was even on the witness list? So much that has not been made public. I have my ideas about what happened. If I was a Prosecutor, I wouldn't have ever tried either case. There was almost no real evidence that came out into the open. O.J. bought a knife. Oh well, people do it everyday. Everything has an explanation just looking at O.J. It is truly scary to me to see how little information it takes for the LA DA to go for a case against someone. I prefer to be sure that the person is really the guilty party. Naked Gun made fools out of the LAPD, LAPDSID, Geraldo Reviera. The entire Naked Gun Series made fun of LAPD big time. Right now it is impossible to prove anything against anyone because they played with the evidence so much that nothing can be considered to meet the standards of chain of custody. Not one peice of physical evidence and this is all they have on him. Because of his being at Bundy so much even that is suspect. I truly do not believe that the blood, fiber, or any of this evidence is as important as the fingerprints that matched no one. The B allelle is also important but again, chain of custody is just not up to standards. This is Principals and Procedures 101 in the classes for becoming a police officer. You know this much in one month of going to the class.
