I don't know Kato Personally but I did see his beach party video, and I did see pictures of his Delilah video which was so tasteless it was disgusting, whether before or after the murders as I have heard it was made before and after so who knows, I just don't percieve his character type to be much of a person who would check out a noise unless it was his only option, and he had two better one available to him. I have had lots of chances to observe human nature in forty five years and people who act like him may be ruthless but searching a dark area with a penlight is not a risk they will take. All his story proves is that O.J. was not behind there if he was and it gives him a good excuse for being back there when caught. He had it set up before he went if his story is true and again, I didn't truat ferrer to be telling the truth on the stand, but this is just my observation. So who knows. It doesn't mean that Kato is a bozo or anything else. It just means he doesn't appear to be the sort to take stupid risks. Now, on the other hand I do stuff like that. One doesn't mess with a broken gate, in fact it would give comfort to know that a regular burgular would take one look at that gate and say forget it. Combination Gates, broken gates, are not an easy get away. Now Kato sure knew exactly how to make it work, yet he says he rarely if ever went back there.
