I feel we are going around in circles. His behavior of going on and on about the noises as O.J. is trying to pack his stuff into the Limo is also a guilty reaction to be caught in an area when it was expected he'd be in his guest house, not prowling around the grounds looking for signs of an Earthquake. Logic says he'd knock on O.J.'s door and ask him if he felt the Earthquake. A bit more logical than taking a penlight and looking for damage in the dark. You yourself wrote how he lifted the gate and spoke of it. You will disagree whatever I say. You see this as some sort of attack and in truth it is simply narrowing it down to what you said in the first place. Furhman needed Kato back there to plant the glove there. Did he choose it the next morning or did he watch and notice Kato meeting someone back there each Sunday night and know he'd be back there. Rosa Lopez points to someone meeting with him. If it wasn't Furhman it was someone that Furhman either had contact with or as I said before, had observed he went back there all the time. Knowing this Kato had a story so he wasn't suspected of putting the glove there or who knows what. I still don't see any guarantee of Kato going behind the guest house late at night because of a noise. Call Westec, sure, knock on O.J.'s door and tell him then, sure, but to make such a big deal when clearly O.J. did not have the time, it only served the purpose to give reason to his being there as well as to be standing in the front door of the main house when O.J. sped off. My only evidence that Kato was an unwitting accomplice is the lack of blood and other evidence inside the house the next morning. This means he did not know of a frame nor a murder, so I pick, in on the Domestic Violence incident scheme with Nicole and was where he was for the purpose of either meeting someone or else to catch O.J. returning from Bundy which he did not do. He knew O.J. was leaving but did he know the exact time. His testimony doesn't tell us that for sure. I have given him so many good reasons that fit with your theory that it is astounding me that this is still being discussed. I have never attacked your theory. Just suggested a few ways in which the testimony didn't ring true for me. Nothing as a fact, just what did not sit well with me. When Kato showed up at the Preliminary Hearing he was clearly evading and not being forthright. He was so careful that it has always made me wonder about him just as Furhman's Performance on the stand at the Preliminary Hearing with his heart pounding on finding the glove and in doing so said too much about seeing the wet blood so long after the murders allegedly occured.
