So now we have 3 different times that the call was made.
The 9:37 that was on the board and is the one that certainly looks fake to me. Now it also looks to me that the phone number that is supposed to be Juditha's has been altered.
Then we have the 10:17 that was opened in the judges chambers.
Then we have Judy looking at the clock shortly before 11:00.
Could it be that what we are actually dealing with are phone calls that were on 3 differnt bills that where made to Nicole.
Could the 9:37 have been perhaps a friend who first called the Mezz looking for Nicole and when told that Nicole had left, then called Nicole and left a message on the answereing machine.
The 10:17 call there is no mention of a call to Mezz. but just to Nicole. Now I don't know where this info came from but a man at a clothing store who was a friend of Nicoles said that he called about 10:15 and talked till about 10:30. Could this have been his bill at 10:17. He went to prosecution and told them, but they dismissed him and never put him on the stand. Now this bill has been the one that has disappeared.
And could the 11:00 phone call never produced. None of these bills was ever authticated.
Now this would mess up Jasper's theory of the time of the murders. But not really. Could it be that at the time Jasper has is really the time the murderers arrived or the dog woke up and was barking because of stangers on the property. But the actual murder happened about 15 min. later.
Now it is very easy to get the resturant people to lie. The police probably had enough drug evidence to put them all away for a long time. Now Debello did slip and say that Crawford picked up the glasses at 9:15. This is the time that I say the browns left the resturant looking at the resturant time line, that no one seems to understand but me.
Now also you can see that some people could have been confused about the time who had not set all their clocks to daylight savings. Or could it have been that the TV programs were at a diffferent time because of daylight savings.
Now some people could have been confused and some lied. Take the kid that saw 2 men behind Nicoles and 2 men at the end of the block. They were scared enought to disappear.
