Kari,

Kato didn't get caught anywhere by anyne and the LAST thing Fuhrman needed was someone on the path behind the bungalo. That's what I said in the first place, and the second place and the third place...

Kato told Rachael where he was going and why. To get there he had to walk all the way around the main house and in front of Allen Park's limo. The two men had to have seen each other long before Kato got to the path. Kato could have missed seeing Park if Park had his lights turned off and Kato did not turn his head far enough to the right. But if he was sneaking around, he would have been turning his head in all directions to make sure he wasn't being watched. Besides, he knew what time the limo was expected to be there and he had a good idea of what time it was when he left his bungalo. If he had been sneaking around he WOULD have been looking toward both gates.

And yes, what he did was illogical. So were a lot of things a lot of other people did that night and the next morning including, O.J., Nicole, Vannetter, Lange, Phillips, Park, Denise, Riske, Spangler and Rossi. People, in general, make illogical decisions every day. That's one of the things that make us human -- and sometimes unpredictable.

The only parts of the frame-up that weren't riddled with inconsistencies were the parts that could be predicted and people did what you would logically expect them to do. --Jasper
