Well, the only problem with this statement is that Furhman used Heidstra and his knowledge of walking the dog to make an appearance of the murder happening at a certain time. Considering how careful Furhman is, why would he commit a murder knowing that at that exact time a Frenchman and his elderly dog walk by the Bundy residence, the dog barking is the only reason he crossed Bundy and went to the other alley on the other side of Bundy. He was at the other end of the alley when he saw the Sports Recreational vehicle go in the wrong direction.
