It is my very best estimation that this is a typewritten copy.
I was able to take the blank sheet (almost always page 6 by the way) and make a copy of it on my personal copier. Just above the fold is a line typed that this pape is intentionally left blank (but doesn't say why). I took the copied sheet and whited out that line and copied IT. There was no line or evidence that it had been there at all. I also took a list of calls and copied it and it appears much smaller on the page--as the edges of the smaller paper (about 8 x 6) doesn't show.
And then the KICKER is that between Jean and I we figured out tonight that ALL cities WILL fit come hell or high water in the 10 spaces ALLOWED for them so that the state is NOT out of line --ever.
Example is the Beverly Hills made into BeverlyHls--10 spaces.
West Los Angeles is made into W Angeles--10 spaces
Another example is Champaurbon, Ill. made into Champaurbn or Waverly Hall into Waveryhall or Lebanon Junction made into Lebanonjct---always 10.
I'll bet these are standard abbrev's all over the states and perhaps the world using the 10 letters.
This would be Preprogramed into the bills so that the columns will remain straight.
Every who typed this did not know this or make an allowance for it when they typed and just made the columns as close to what the original bill looked like.
I would say that GTE (and others) have set abbreviations for all cities regardless of length that will be 10 letters or less.
That out of place CA just screams as a fake.
I would say the person used real bills to look off of and some of the calls may be exactly as purported. But some were left off. Or altered in some way--hence the amts were left off because they had no earthly idea what the cost would really be.
A half way decent typist could have done this.
The size of the letters appear to fit on the copied page much better than the copied calls (from my bill) which appear small and undersized on the copy paper.
Also, why is the phone number in the left column distorted as if it didn't print well? The other numbers that are preprinted (at the top) and letters that are preprinted are not distorted.
BTW, on the top of the bill the 1 sorta looks like a 3 to me now that I look at it more closely.
But that same number to the side (??) is barely readable?? charlie
