He was also the one who went into a panic when he realized he said the officers walked her to the front door because he saw them---and the others said that they had gone in the back door.
He became extremely upset and hostile. And refused to answer questions. Instead of the judge requiring him to finish his testimony, the judge dismissed him instead.
He knows a lot more than he was made to say that day in the civil trial.
And it probably wouldn't match up well to what the others said--esp Vannatter and Lange.
