But there are all kinds of inconsistent testimony. Some stated flatly that he had driven others thought he had walked.
And yes Faye did say emphatically to Maurie Povach that it was 10:45 when she spoke to Nicole and that she was the last to speak to her.
She also seemed to just "know" that Nicole was dead and how the next morning when told about it.
I think it highly likely that Ron had been there a while and went out for something--either the glasses or he took the dog out (on a leash as first reported) for a late evening walk or for the dog to do his business.
Wasn't it even Faye that said Nicole was going to take the dog for a walk when she talked to her?
