Jasper, I agree completely here.
There is something very wrong with this Hodgeman situation.
Even the day that he had his "anxiety" attack I believe has been mischaracterized. I don't believe for a minute that it was caused because he learned the defense had done something unethical or done a trick or however they characterized it. Remember HOdgeman was hyperventilating and Ito had him slow down and take a breath.
No, I think it was something else altogether. I would love to go back and reread the transcripts and hearings of that whole day --very carefully. If I am not mistaken, that is the day that Mary Ann Gerches's name came up and a bunch of other things.
I don't think it was anything the defense did but something he learned about the prosecution and what the prosecution had done. Perhaps something that he did that was on the verge of being exposed.
Jasper, you may recall that it was HOdgeman I believe who also went with Clark when the subpeona was served on Margaret Simpson and they were in her yard which was against the law as well. Wasn't it that M. Simpson was told that her husband was ill in the yard or had had a heart attack that got her outside?
Earlier when I said that the fake Kato investigation and documents showed something higher and bigger than we know. I mean it. It is just ONE of the many when put together form a pattern of actions and behaviors and oddities and inconsistencies and in some cases breaking of the law that was done by the DA's, cops, FBI and others. IT is the Total of these things that makes it most likely this is higher than we know.
