Well, well, well,.. On page 149 of Evidenc Dismissed. 'Fenjves also testified that he heard the same dog between 11 and 11:40 pm. However, Brown's neighbor, Steven Schwab, had taken away the dog at 10:55pm."
Well, it seems to me, firstly, if the guy doesn't know the dog's bark and he had already changed his story from 10:20 to 10:15, his word on this matter would be dirt.
However, this is a LOT like the ice cream clerk saying that Nicole was in the store at 10:30 and being told he is wrong because she was dead by 10:15. So Mr. Ice Cream Clerk, YOU must change your story.
So, now, Fenjves is wrong basically for the same type reason.
All of this when looked at as a whole has this later than they would like for us to see it.
Don't forget the woman who did not testify but is mentioned in OJ-A to Z that saw the dog in the middle of the street (on a leash) barking at 11:10. Or that Schwab's original story was later as well. charlie
